Refund Policy 2010

• Register before January 1, 2010 and pay 2009 prices.  Restrictions:
  • $100 deposit required
  • Deposit is refundable until 1/1/2010
  • Financial Aid recipients are not eligible
  • Camp weeks may be shifted without penalty before 4/1/2010
  • Deposit may be shifted to another camper until 4/1/2010

• A $100 per week Deposit is due at the time of registration. 

• Balance of camp fees are due May 30, 2010.

• Prior to May 30th, camp fees are refundable, less the non-refundable deposit.

• Due to the popularity of our camps and the challenge of filling spaces, no refunds will be issued after May 30th.

• In cases of homesickness, dismissal or voluntary withdrawal, no refunds will be issued.
